VirtueGuard Beta Program – Terms & Conditions

1. Nature of the Beta ServiceVirtueGuard is currently in a Beta stage. By joining the program, the user acknowledges and agrees that:
• The service may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features.
• The purpose of the Beta is to test the system in real restaurant environments and collect feedback.
• VirtueGuard does not guarantee perfect accuracy in this phase.
2. Limitation of LiabilityVirtueGuard, its founders, developers, and partners are not responsible for:
• Operational decisions made by the user based on system insights or reports.
• Financial losses, POS errors, charge discrepancies, technical failures, or data inconsistencies.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Beta.
All decisions taken by the restaurant are the sole responsibility of the user.
VirtueGuard only provides information and analysis; it does not replace management judgment or legal/financial advisors.
3. Acceptable Use and No Abuse PolicyThe user agrees to:
• Not reverse-engineer, copy, extract, or manipulate the system.
• Not use VirtueGuard for illegal, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
• Not misuse reports or internal data to harm employees or third parties.
• Not share screenshots, system processes, or proprietary insights without permission.
VirtueGuard reserves the right to immediately revoke access if abuse is detected.4. Intellectual PropertyAll software, algorithms, analytics, dashboards, text, branding, reports, and technology are exclusive property of Virtue Business LLC and its developers.
No rights are granted beyond the limited use within the subscribed restaurant location.
5. Security and PrivacyVirtueGuard:
• Does not store customer financial information.
• Only processes POS operational data to detect patterns.
• Uses commercially reasonable security practices.
The user acknowledges that, due to the Beta nature, minor vulnerabilities may exist and will be improved continuously.6. Access LimitationsVirtueGuard may:
• Temporarily suspend access for maintenance or improvements.
• Restrict access if shared logins or abuse are detected.
• Terminate participation if these Terms are violated.
7. No Refund PolicyAll Beta and pre-launch payments are non-refundable, due to the discounted lifetime pricing and early access to proprietary systems.8. Right to Modify the ServiceVirtueGuard may add, remove, or modify features at any time during the Beta without prior notice.
These changes are necessary for ongoing development.
9. Pre-Sale Beta Pricing and Billing Terms
• Pre-launch participants lock a lifetime price of $290 per month per location as long as the membership remains active.
• The first two months are billed monthly.
• On the third month, VirtueGuard will automatically process the annual billing equivalent to the $290/month rate.
Annual charge: 290 USD x 12 months = 3,480 USD per location.If payment fails, access will be paused until the account is settled.10. User FeedbackAll feedback, suggestions, or bug reports provided by the user become the intellectual property of VirtueGuard without compensation.11. Responsibility for DecisionsThe user agrees and understands that:
• VirtueGuard provides alerts, insights, and analytical information only.
• VirtueGuard does not make decisions for the business.
• The restaurant is solely responsible for any managerial, operational, or financial actions taken.
VirtueGuard does not assume liability for decisions made based on provided data.12. AcceptanceBy subscribing, paying, or using VirtueGuard, the user acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions.
